Taking Photos of a Patient on the iPad

Normally the patient’s information is edited in the practice management system; however, you can use the iPad to take a photo of the patient in Eyefinity EHR.

To take a photo of the patient

1. Access the Patient Chart.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Edit Patient.

   The Patient Information window appears.

4. Tap the camera icon below the patient's portrait.
5. Take a photo of the patient.
6. Tap Save to add the photo to the patient’s chart or tap Retake to retake the photo.

   You can also select a patient's photo from your Camera Roll.
