Using the Cancer Log on the iPad

Some states require providers to track the progress of cancerous lesions and treatments for their patients. You can use the Cancer Log to track the history of diagnosis and treatment.

To add a lesion to the cancer log

1. Access the patient chart or the patient overview.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Cancer Log.

   The Cancer Log opens and shows a history of the diagnosis and treatment related to cancer.

   To filter the list, tap Filter. Enter the search criteria and then tap Apply. To clear your search criteria, tap Clear.

4. Tap Add New Lesion.
5. Enter the details for the lesion.
6. Tap Save to add the information to the list.
