Viewing and Editing the Outcomes of Past Visits on the iPad

You can view and edit the outcomes of past visits.

To view and edit outcomes

1. Access the patient chart or the patient overview.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Outcomes.

   The Outcomes screen shows patient diagnoses on the left side of the screen, assessment data to the right of each diagnosis, and thumbnails of past visits at the top of the screen.

   To see the most current visit notes about that diagnosis, tap a diagnosis. To view the note for another diagnosis, tap View and select the diagnosis.

   To view the detail for that visit note, tap a thumbnail.

4. Tap the Filter.
5. Use the toggle buttons to show or hide a diagnosis.
6. After you have the diagnoses displayed for which you want to record an outcome, tap the outcome.
7. Select the date of the outcome.
