Deleting Glyphs in the iPad App

You can permanently delete a glyph from a patient’s visit note.

To delete a glyph

1. Open the visit that contains the glyph you want to delete.
2. Access the Ocular Exam Room.
3. Tap the Edit Glyphs link in the upper left corner of the screen.

   The Edit Glyphs screen appears.

4. Tap the X of the glyph you want to delete.
5. Tap Exam to return to the Ocular Exam Room.
