Documenting Amsler Grid Tests in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

You can document Amsler Grid test results within the vision exam in the Detailed Visit Overview. Here's how:

1. Open the Vision Exam screen. To learn how, go to Opening the Vision Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad).
2. Tap the Amsler Grid tab.
3. If the test result was normal, tap Mark as Normal.

   OR

   If the test result was abnormal, select Abnormal in the drop-down menu, and select the abnormal result in the right and left eye grids.

   Options in the grid include Normal, Faded, Scotoma, and Metamorphopisia.

4. Tap Save.
