Recording Binocular Tests in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

You can document a wide range of tests in the Binocular tab. What do you want to do?

  1. Open the Vision Exam screen. To learn how, go to Opening the Vision Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad).
  2. Tap the Binocular tab.
  3. To jump to a specific section, tap the Jump to Section drop-down menu and select the test.

    Swipe up to see the additional tests.

  1. Open the Binocular tab. To learn how, go to Open and navigate the Binocular tab.
  2. Select an Eye Dominance.
  3. Select values for the Cover Tests or tap Add Cover Ortho from anywhere in the vision exam.
  4. Select values for Phorias for Distance and Phorias for Near.
  5. Select values for the AC/A Ratio.
  6. Select values for the Near Point Convergence and Near Point Accommodation.
  7. Select values for Vergence, Cross-Cylinder, Relative Accommodation, and Fusion/Stereopsis.
  8. Select values for Worth Four Dot test results, Titmus Stereo test results.
  9. Tap Save.
