Recording Color Vision Tests in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)
You can document color vision tests within the vision exam in the Detailed Visit Overview.
The Detailed Visit Overview enables you to record test results for such conditions as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and color blindness. What do you want to do?

- Open the Vision Exam screen. To learn how, go to Opening the Vision Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad).
- Tap the Color Vision tab.
- If the test result was normal, tap Mark as Normal.
- If the test result was abnormal, select Abnormal in the drop-down menu.
- Select the Test Type in the drop-down menu.
- Enter the results for the right and left eye.
- In Details, tap any plates the patient missed.

Select the Farnsworth results for the right and left eye, as needed.
- Type Additional Color Vision Notes, as needed.
- Tap Save.
