Recording Accommodative Facility and MEM Retinoscopy Test Results in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad)

You can document the patient's facility for accommodation and MEM retinoscopy in the Misc Tests page. Here's how:

1. Open the Vision Exam screen. To learn how, go to Opening the Vision Exam in the Detailed Visit Overview (iPad).
2. Tap the Misc Tests tab.
3. Select the Accommodative Facility values as needed:
   • Method
   • Results
   • Rock Power
   • Reliability
4. Select the MEM Retinoscopy values as needed:
   • Accommodative Lag
   • Accommodative Excess
   • Working Distance
   • Other
5. Tap Save.
