Getting Started with the iPhone App

To start using the Encompass iPhone app, you'll need to download it from the App Store. Keep in mind that you'll need an iPhone running on the latest version of iOS to use the app.

Once you've downloaded and installed the app, you'll log in using the same username and password you use to access Encompass on the web or iPad. This topic explains how

To log in to the Encompass iPhone App for the first time

1. Tap the Encompass iPhone app icon on your phone's home screen.

   An explanation of terms and conditions for using Touch ID and Face ID appears.

2. Tap Remember Login if you want to use your phone's Touch ID or Face ID feature to quickly log in to the Encompass iPhone app without having to manually enter your username and password, or tap Do not remember login if you don't want to use these features.

3. Enter the Company URL.

   Your company URL is your practice’s unique eyefinityehr.com address. Do not include “http://” or “https://”.

4. If you're using Touch ID or Face ID, make sure the remember login option is toggled on.

5. Tap Next.
6. Enter your Username and Password.

7. Tap Login.

   The Terms of Service display.

8. Tap Accept to proceed.

   The Agenda opens, showing you a list of your scheduled patients.
