Disabling Access for All Users

In the event of a security emergency, you can quickly disable Eyefinity EHR for all practice users and portal access for all patients. Practice administrators will still be able to log in.

1. Log in to the Eyefinity EHR web application as an administrator.
2. Locate and expand the Security Policy card.
3. Click Edit Security Policy.
4. Select the Disable Logins for non-Administrators check box to disallow practice users from logging in.
5. Select the Disable Patient Portal Logins check box to disallow patients from logging in.
6. Click Save.

When you want to restore access, return to the Edit Firm Security Policy page, deselect the check boxes, and click Save.
