Adding Outside Providers

  1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

    The Company: Setup screen opens.

  2. On the top menu bar, click Resources and select Outside Provider Setup.
  3. Click + Outside Provider.
  4. Record the Provider Name (first and last).
  5. Select the provider’s Credential.
  6. Record the provider’s address information.
  7. Record the provider’s License #.
  8. Record the Provider NPI #.
  9. Record the provider’s Phone and Fax numbers.
  10. Click Save.
