Adding a New Recall Type

  1. From the menu, click Patient Engagement and select Recall Types.
  2. Click + Recall Type to add a new recall type.
  3. Record the Recall Type name and number of Months to Recall the patient.
  4. Select Active.
  5. Click Save.

    To add schedules for the recall type, go to Setting up Recall Schedules.

Editing a Recall Type

  1. From the menu, select Patient Engagement and select Recall Types.
  2. Locate the recall type you want to edit in the list.
  3. Change the Months to Recall, if needed.
  4. To activate the recall type, select the Active check box. To inactivate it, deselect the check box.
  5. Click Save.
