Adding a New Recall Type
- From the menu, click Patient Engagement and select Recall Types.
- Click + Recall Type to add a new recall type.
- Record the Recall Type name and number of Months to Recall the patient.
- Select Active.
- Click Save.
To add schedules for the recall type, go to Setting up Recall Schedules.
Editing a Recall Type
- From the menu, select Patient Engagement and select Recall Types.
- Locate the recall type you want to edit in the list.
- Change the Months to Recall, if needed.
- To activate the recall type, select the Active check box. To inactivate it, deselect the check box.
- Click Save.
