Deleting Recall Templates

1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

   The Company: Setup screen opens.

2. On the top menu bar, click Patient Engagement and select Letter Templates.
3. In the Templates area, click the plus sign (+) next to the categories you want to expand.
4. Right-click the template you want to delete.
5. Select Delete Template.
