Editing or Deleting Recall Schedules

1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

   The Company: Setup screen opens.

2. On the top menu bar, click Patient Engagement and select Recall Types.
3. Locate the recall type you want to edit .
4. Click the Edit Recall Schedule icon.

   
   The Recall Schedule screen displays.

5. Edit the recall schedule information as necessary or, to delete the recall schedule, click the Delete icon.
   
6. Click Save.
