Inactivating Contact Lenses

You can inactivate contact lenses that you no longer sell.

You cannot delete contact lenses.
  1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

    The Company: Setup screen opens.

  2. On the top menu bar, click Products & Services and select Contact Lens Setup.
  3. Search for the contact lenses you want to inactivate.
  4. To view the contact lens details, click the blue and white arrow icon.
  5. Deselect Active.
  6. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
