Inactivating Insurance Plans

Although you cannot delete an insurance plan, you can inactivate a plan so it no longer appears in search results and throughout the system.

1. From the menu, select Billing & MVC and then Carrier & Plan Setup.
2. Enter the Carrier/Plan for the plan you want to inactivate.
3. Click Search.
4. Locate the plan you want to inactivate, and deselect the Active check box.
5. Click Save.
