Inactivating Office Resources

Although you cannot delete office resources, you can inactivate a resource so it no longer appears in search results or elsewhere the system.

  1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

    The Company: Setup screen opens.

  2. On the top menu bar, click Resources and select Staff Setup.
  3. Search for and select the staff member you want to inactivate.
  4. Deselect the Active check box.
  5. Click Save.
