Inactivating Outside Providers

Although you cannot delete an outside provider, you can inactivate a provider so the provider no longer appears in search results and throughout the system.

1. From the menu, select Resources and then Outside Provider Setup.
2. Search for and select the provider you want to inactivate.
3. Deselect Active ?.
4. Click Save.
