Inactivating Services

You can inactivate services you no longer conduct.

You cannot delete services.
  3. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

    The Company: Setup screen opens.

  4. On the top menu bar, click Products & Services and select Service Setup.
  5. Search for the services/exams you want to inactivate.
  6. Deselect Active.
  7. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
