Inactivating Staff
Although you cannot delete staff, you can inactivate a staff member so he or she no longer appears in search results or elsewhere the system.
- On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.
The Company: Setup screen opens.
- On the top menu bar, click Resources and select Staff Setup.
- Search for and select the staff member you want to inactivate.
- Deselect the Active check box.
- Click Save.
