Inactivating Staff

Although you cannot delete staff, you can inactivate a staff member so he or she no longer appears in search results or elsewhere the system.

  1. Open Administration.
  2. On the top menu bar in Administration, click Resources and select Staff Setup.
  3. Search for and select the staff member you want to inactivate.
  4. Deselect the Active check box.
  5. Click Save.
