Setting Up Accessories

Eyefinity automatically loads accessories, which you can activate and modify. This section includes the following topics:

Setting Up and Modifying Accessories

You can set up and modify accessory names, item groups, and prices.

You cannot create or delete accessories.
  1. From the menu, select Products & Services and then Accessories Setup.
  2. Search for the accessories you want to set up or modify.
  3. Record the Accessory Name you want to use on orders.
  4. Select an Item Group.
    You cannot create or delete item groups.
  5. To allow the accessory to be billed as a zero-dollar ($0.00) item, select the Zero Price? check box.
  6. Record the item Cost.
  7. Record the usual and customer/retail service Price.
  8. To make the accessory active, select Active (if it’s not already selected).
  9. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.

Inactivating Accessories

You can inactivate accessories you no longer offer.

You cannot delete accessories.
  1. From the menu, click Products & Services and then Accessories Setup.
  2. Search for the accessories you want to inactivate.
  3. Deselect Active.
  4. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
