Setting Up Eyeglass Lenses Using the Quick Setup

1. On the Encompass home screen, click Administration.

   The Company: Setup screen opens.

2. On the top menu bar, click Products & Services and select Eyeglass Lens Setup.
3. Select the Type, Material, and/or Style for the lens you want to set up or modify.

   You can also enter the Receipt Description of the lens.

4. Click Search.
5. To view the item details, click the blue and white arrow icon.
6. Record the Company Item Name that you want to use on orders in your company.
7. Record the Receipt Description that you want to appear on patient receipts.
8. Record the item Cost.
   The amount listed in the Retail Price column is the total retail price of all the lens attributes for a single lens. To change the retail price of a lens attribute, use the Standard Setup. For more information, go to Setting Up Lens Attributes Using the Standard Setup.
9. To make the item active, select Active.
10. Click Save.

    To revert your selections to the last saved selections, click Revert.
