Setting Up Individual Frames Using the Standard Frame Setup

  1. From the Admin home screen, click Products & Services and then Frame Setup.
  2. Click Standard Frame Setup.
  3. Search for the frames you want to set up using one of the following methods:
    • Select the Manufacturer, Collection, and Model from the drop-down lists. Selecting the Model is optional.
    • Type the manufacturer, collection, model, eye size, and/or UPC in the Search field.
  4. Select whether to search for Active Frames Only.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Locate the frame in the list and record the Company Item Name that you want to use on orders in your company.
  7. The On Hand column displays the total quantity on hand in all offices in your company. To view a breakdown of on hand quantities for your individual offices, hover your cursor over the quantity shown in the column.
  8. Record Your Cost.

    This is the price you paid for the frame.

  9. Record the Retail Price.

    This is the price your patients will pay for the frame.

  10. To make the item active, select Active (if it’s not already selected).
  11. Click Save.
