Copying Claims

Claims Management offers you the ability to copy claims. When you copy a claim, the new claim will have a new claim number.

1. Open the Claim Detail window for a claim.

   For more information, go to Viewing Claim Details.

2. From the Actions drop-down list, select Copy Claim.

   The line items are copied to a new claim, and the claim is automatically assigned the status On Hold.
