Printing Lab Orders from Claim Management

  1. On the top menu bar in Encompass, click Claim Management and select Claim Management.

    The claim search screen opens.

  2. Enter search criteria in any of the fields and click Search.
  3. Locate the claim in the search results and click the Claim # link.

    The Claim Detail screen opens.

  4. From the Actions drop-down list, select Print Lab Order.

    The lab order opens as a PDF in a new window.

  5. Click Print.
