Printing Receipts

  1. On the top menu bar in Encompass, click Claim Management and select Claim Management.

    The claim search screen opens.

  2. Enter search criteria in any of the fields and click Search.
  3. Locate the claim in the search results and click the Claim # link.

    The Claim Detail screen opens.

  4. From the Actions drop-down list, select Print Receipt.

    The order invoice opens as a PDF in a new window.

  5. Click Print.
