Searching for Payments

  1. On the top menu bar in Encompass, click Claim Management and select Claim Management.
  2. On the top menu bar in Claim Management, click Process Payments, and select Carrier Payments or Patient Payments, depending on which type of payment you are searching for.
  3. In any of the search fields, record your search criteria.

    To show all carrier or patient checks in Claim Management, leave all of the fields blank.

    If you selected Carrier Payment, only carrier payments appear. If you selected Patient Payment, only patient payments appear.

  4. Click Search.
