Viewing Claim History

The claim history lists:

• All changes made to a claim, both automatically by the Eyefinity Practice Management system and manually by users.
• The date and time each change was implemented.
• Notes that were added when the change was made.

To view claim history:

1. Search for the claim you want to view.

   For more information, go to Searching for Claims.

2. Perform one of the following tasks from the Process Claims window:
   • In the row of the claim whose history you want to see, select Claim History from the Action drop-down list.

     The Claim History window opens.

   • In the Claim # column, click the link of the claim for the claim whose history you want to see.

     The Claim Detail window opens and the Claim History appears at the bottom of the page.
