Voiding Claim Line Items

You can void line items on a claim, but you cannot manually void an entire claim.

1. On the top menu bar in Encompass, click Claim Management and select Claim Management.
2. Search for the claim you want to view.

3. In the search results list, locate the claim and click the link in the Claim # column.

   The Claim Detail screen opens.

4. In the row of the line item you want to cancel, select Void from the Action drop-down list.
