Enabling Pop-ups

To successfully view all windows in Eyefinity Practice Management, you must have pop-ups enabled in your Internet browser. Hold the Ctrl key as you click links to allow the pop-up windows to appear, or set your browser’s preferences to display pop-up windows in Eyefinity Practice Management. For information on enabling pop-up windows, click the link for your Web browser:

To enable pop-ups in Safari:

  1. Click Safari.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Websites.
  4. Locate Eyefinity Practice Management in the list and select Allow.

Clearing Your Browser Cache

We recommend clearing your cache when a new version of Eyefinity Practice Management is released, or when you are experiencing issues with your system. Your browser's cache temporarily stores your browsing history including cookies, images, and other website components from the websites you visit. Clearing out old items from the cache improves performance and allows your browser to access the most up-to-date version of Eyefinity Practice Management.
