Finding VSP Reference Information

The VSP Provider Reference Manual on VSP Online contains the most up-to-date information on VSP plans and coverages.

To access the manual:

1. Log in to www.eyefinity.com.

2. Click the eInsurance tab.

   The tab opens and displays eClaim.

3. In the gray toolbar below the tabs, click VSP Online.

4. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click Manuals and select VSP.

   The table of contents for the VSP Provider Reference Manual opens. Locate the information you're looking for and click the link to go to that section of the manual.

5. To view, download, and/or print the PDF version of the manual. click the PDF Print Download Option link above the table of contents.
