Adding Items to Orders in Order Review
You can add exams, stand-alone frames, accessories, gift cards, and fees to an order in the Order Review screen before pricing and invoicing.
What do you want to do?
- Open the Order Review screen and click Add Exam.
The Edit Exam screen opens.
- Follow the directions in Adding Items to Orders in Order Review, steps 2-11, to enter the exam information.
- Click Save and Price to return to the Order Review screen.
Follow these steps to add stand-alone frames (when you're creating an order for non-prescription glasses such as plano sunglasses, for example) from your inventory.

Open the Order Review screen and click Add Frame.
The Add Frame window opens.

Enter the item number, UPC, or product name for the frame, or scan the barcode.
The window updates to show the frame(s) matching your search criteria. If you want to see details about a frame in the list, click the down arrow.

Select the number of frames you want to add from the Qty drop-down list.

Click Add to Order.
Follow these steps to add accessories from your inventory.

Open the Order Review screen and click Add Accessory.
The Add Accessory window opens.

Enter the item number, UPC, or product name for the accessory, or scan the barcode.
The window updates to show the accessories matching your search criteria.

Locate the accessory you want to add to the order.
If the accessory has a $0.00 price shown in red, click the price and edit it. You won’t be able to add the accessory to the order until you’ve entered a price greater than $0.00.

Click Add.
The accessory is added to the list on the right side of the window.

Select the number you want to order from the Qty drop-down list.

Repeat steps 2 through 4 if you need to add additional accessories.

Click Add to Order.
The accessory is added to the item list in Order Review. To change the number of accessories you're ordering, click the number in the Qty. column.

Open the Order Review screen and click Add Gift Card.
The Add Gift Card window opens.

Record the Card Number and Amount.

Click Add to Order.

Open the Order Review screen and click Add More.

Select which type of fee you want to add.
The Add Shipping Fee, Add Repair Fee, or Add Miscellaneous Fee window opens.

Select the Shipping Method, Repair Fee, or Misc. Fee from the drop-down list.

If necessary, enter the fee Amount.

Click Add to Order.
