Warranties and Policies

Both the handheld wireless and wired barcode scanners have a two-year manufacturer warranty. Your barcode label printer has a one-year manufacturer warranty. Both the scanner and the printer have a 30-day return policy. The barcode label printer also has a 20-percent manufacturer restocking fee on all returned items.

Save your original packing box and all manuals, documentation, bags, boxes, and accessories. All items returned for credit must include these items.

To avoid chargebacks, no returned item can be damaged. Customers are charged for any items that are missing or damaged due to improper packing for return shipping, misuse, or misplacement. A 10-percent repacking box fee is charged on any packing box not returned in re-saleable condition.
