Capturing AdaptDx Images

1. Ensure that ExamWRITER is open.
2. Create a blank exam, or open a saved exam for an existing patient.
3. In the ExamWRITER chart window, click the Interfaces icon.

4. Select the MacuLogix AdaptDx capture option. If you gave the equipment a nickname in the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window, that name appears in this list.

5. On the AdaptDx equipment, follow the instructions provided in the MacuLogix documentation to capture the patient’s images.

6. Close the AdaptDx application to return to ExamWRITER.

   In the patient exam, the AdaptDx icon appears on the Images - Drawings tab under the Images, Drawings and Graphics category bar.
