Setting Up the Woodlyn Interface

Perform the following procedure on the OfficeMate server only. You then can enable the Woodlyn Capture and Woodlyn Review options on the computer where the Woodlyn equipment is connected.

  1. In the ExamWRITER main window, click Tools, select Equipment Integration Setup, and select Equipment Interface Setup.

    The Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window opens.

  2. Click Add.
  3. Select the Woodlyn manufacturer and the Capture Woodlyn (Software Tool) device.
  4. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.
  6. Click Browse, and select the full path to the MedmontStudio.exe application.
  7. Click Browse, and select the full path to the Medmont database, including the correct database file name.
  8. Click Update Database Settings to update the database settings.

    The SetupOM_EquipIF window opens.

  9. Click Update DB Settings to update your database settings.

    The SetupOM_EquipIF window opens.

  10. Click OK. 
  11. Click Save.
  12. Close the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window.
