Printing Diabetes and Glaucoma Letters

You can automatically generate and print a detailed routing slip for glaucoma exams.

Before you begin, ensure you have the Corporate Logo and Website recorded in Administration so they populate in the letter. For more information on recording location data, see To maintain location information in ExamWRITER.

Ensure the Primary Care Physician and any Other Physician data are recorded in the exam so they populate in the letter. For more information on recording physicians in exams, see Recording Review of Systems Information.

The following additional data, if recorded in ExamWRITER, will also populate in the letter:

• Patient name, address, DOB, and home phone number
• Exam date
• IOP
• CD radio
• Recall date
• CPT codes
• Diabetes or glaucoma ICD-10 code

1. Click the Print icon in the top left of the ExamWRITER chart window.
2. Select Diabetes Letter or Glaucoma Letter.

   The corresponding Eye Examination Report opens.
