Viewing Diagnoses

Patient diagnoses are sent from ExamWRITER and populated in the ExamWRITER ePrescribing interface.

1. Open the ExamWRITER ePrescribing interface. For more information, go to Opening the ExamWRITER ePrescribing Interface.
2. Perform one of the following tasks to view the allergies list for the patient:
   • View the Diagnoses / Problems section in the ExamWRITER ePrescribing interface.
   • Select Diagnoses from the  menu in the upper-left corner.
