Verifying New Provider Identity

Once a provider completes the process below, their ePrescribing account may be activated.

1. Access your email to open the IDP Invitation email, received from infinidadmin@drfirst.com.
2. Click the Enroll now link to open the InfinID application.
   Providers who have completed identity proofing in the past may opt to skip identity proofing.
3. Record the temporary password on the following page and click Continue.
4. On the InfinID Application Terms of Use page, select the check box and click I Accept to continue.
5. Fill out the required fields on the Evidence Collection page and click Continue.

   When entering an address, leave out any special characters such as periods.

   Entering a credit card number can greatly increase the chances of passing the identification process.

6. If you are presented with security questions pertaining to your financial history, select any applicable answers and click Continue.
7. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code on the Identity Document page.
8. Click Let's get started to accept the terms of use and select the type of document you would like to use to verify your identity.
9. Follow the prompts on the next page to photograph the front and back of your identifying document and submit them.
10. Take a picture of yourself and submit it.
11. Follow the application prompts to exit from your mobile device screen to return to the page where you scanned the QR code and click the Check Status button.
    If you passed identity proofing, you will receive a confirmation email. Save this in case you need to wait for a verification code to arrive and return to it later.
12. Click the link in your confirmation email to enter your verification code and transaction number if you received a verification code via letter, and click Continue.
    If you entered a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message with a verification code. If you do not receive a text message, Experian will mail a letter with the IDP transaction number and verification code that takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
13. After entering these credentials, you will receive an email with a confirmation code. Reply to the welcome email you received from installsupport@eyefinity.com with this code, which will allow us to set up ePrescribe within ExamWRITER for your practice.
    In order to begin setup, we will need access to your server.
