Transferring to or Purchasing the Patient and Provider Portal

MIPS-eligible clinicians who intend to meet the Promoting Interoperability criteria in 2019 and beyond must meet higher standards and criteria. To meet these higher standards, you must use the OfficeMate patient and provider portal. If you do not already use this portal, follow these instructions to begin transferring from your current secure messaging portal to the patient and provider portal.

  1. In OfficeMate Administration, click Setup.
  2. Select ExamWRITER and select Promoting Interoperability.

    If you are not an OfficeMate user, open ExamWRITER Administration, click Activities, and select Promoting Interoperability.

    The Eyefinity MIPS Compliance signup page opens and displays important information about upgrading your provider and patient portal.

  3. Complete the fields online and click Submit.

    An Eyefinity Sales Representative will contact you and help you purchase and begin setting up your patient and provider portal. The representative will gather your practice details (name, number of employed clinicians, tax ID number, group NPI number, and address). Eyefinity Customer Care will then email you the user name and password required to access your new provider portal.
