Renewing Your Maintenance & Support Agreement
You will receive a paper billing statement in the mail with your Maintenance and Support agreement charges 90 days and 60 days before your agreement expires. If Eyefinity has not received your payment and your agreement is not renewed 30 days before the expiration date, you will see a daily reminder message each time you open OfficeMate/ExamWRITER until your agreement is renewed. The message asks if you want to renew your maintenance agreement or for a code to renew your maintenance agreement.
If you do not renew your maintenance agreement before it expires, you can use OfficeMate/ExamWRITER only in read-only mode, and you cannot record new information in the software until you renew your agreement.

Your renewal code is sent to you via fax between 24–48 hours; however, it may take up to two weeks to receive your renewal code. If your office does not have a fax machine, your renewal code will be emailed to you.
