Troubleshooting CLX Interface Error

If, while submitting soft contact lens orders in OfficeMate using the CLX interface, you receive errors indicating that the interface failed to submit the soft contact lens orders or there is an XML error creating the CLX request, contact CLX at 314.995.9959 or info@CLXsystem.com to troubleshoot the errors.
