Viewing, Printing, & Exporting Commission Reports
Follow the instructions below to view, print, and export commission reports.

- Open the Commission Calculation and Reporting window. For more information, go to Opening the Commission Calculation and Reporting Window.
- Select a report type from the Action drop-down menu.
- Commission Report
- Commission Pie Chart
- Commission Bar Graph
- Select the level of detail you want in the report from the Report Detail drop-down menu.
- Region. Combines and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and Total Commissions into a summary amount listed by Region.
- Location. Combines and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and Total Commissions into a summary amount listed by Location.
- Provider/Staff Type. Combines and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and Total Commissions into a summary amount listed by the provider and staff type.
- Provider/Staff. Combines and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and Total Commissions into a summary amount listed by the provider and staff names.
- Commission Class. Combines and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and Total Commissions into a summary amount listed by the commission class.
- Product Detail. Details and lists Commissioned Fees, Commission Amount, Spiffs, and a Total Commissions by the detail of the product names recorded and product commission calculations. This is the product detail that makes up the commission calculations and includes the patient name and comments.
- Select a range from the Span drop down menu and use the left and right arrows to advance the time period.
OR
Enter beginning and ending dates in the date range fields.
- Refine the report results by selecting the regions you want to include, as needed:
- Click the Regions tab.
- Select only the regions that you want to include in the report in the Selected box.To select more than one region, press and hold the Ctrl key and then select multiple regions.
- Click the left arrow (<) to move the region to the Available box.
- Refine the report results by selecting the locations you want to include, as needed:
- Click the Locations tab.
- Select only the locations that you want to include in the report in the Selected box.To select more than one locations, press and hold the Ctrl key and then select multiple locations.
- Click the left arrow (<) to move the locations to the Available box.
- Refine the report results by selecting the providers you want to include, as needed:
- Click the Providers tab.
- Select only the providers that you want to include in the report in the Selected box.To select more than one provider, press and hold the Ctrl key and then select multiple providers.
- Click the left arrow (<) to move the provider to the Available box.
- Refine the report results by selecting the staff you want to include, as needed:
- Click the Staff tab.
- Select only the staff that you want to include in the report in the Selected box.To select more than one staff member, press and hold the Ctrl key and then select multiple staff.
- Click the left arrow (<) to move the staff to the Available box.
- Select the Report Grouping check boxes to sort the report results into groups, as needed. You can select any number of the check boxes that are available. Not all check boxes are available for all reports.

- Select the Printer check box.
- Select a printer from the drop-down menu.
The Report Viewer window opens and displays a preview of the report, chart, or graph.
- Click the Print icon.
- Close the Report Viewer window when finished.

Select the CSV File check box.
Type a new location in the Folder text box to change the destination for the file, as needed.
Type a new file name in the File Name text box, as needed.
Click Print Report.
The Export Complete dialog box opens to confirm that the report was created successfully.
Click OK.
Click View File to open the commission export file.
You must have a spreadsheet program, like Microsoft Excel, installed on your computer to view the CSV file in a tabular format.
