Viewing Exports Status and History
Use the Data Export window to export patient data from OfficeMate/ExamWRITER. You can export an individual patient's data, or you can export multiple patients' data. This page explains how to export data and locate your data files.
- Log into OfficeMate Administration.
- Click Tasks and select Data Export.
The Data Export window opens.
- Click the History tab.
The table displays the start and end times and the success or failure status of each export. The PatientID column displays the ID number of an individual patient or displays 0 if multiple patients were exported.
The following table describes each of the elements of the export History table and how to interpret them.

Export ID |
Indicates the sequential number of exports. Each export increments by one. |

Indicates the date and time the export file was created. |

CreatedBy |
Displays the OfficeMate user ID of the staff member who initiated the export. |

Start Time |
Indicates the date and time the export started (bulk export only) |

End Time |
Indicates the date and time the export completed (bulk export only) |

Patient |
Displays the OfficeMate Patient ID or displays "0" when the export includes multiple patients. |

The export process is initiated |

Patient data is being identified and gathered. |

The patient data is being formatted for XML export. |

An error occurred during the export. |
