Recording Patient No Shows in Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS
To record patient no shows in Calendar View
- Open Calendar View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
- Navigate to the appointment you want to mark as a no show. See Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS.
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Right-click the appointment and select No Show.
- Right-click the appointment, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the No Show radio button.
