Reviewing and Modifying Patient Information in Book View in AcuityLogic POS

While you can access a patient’s profile from Book View, you can only modify information in the Profile, Insurance, and Recall tabs. In the other tabs, you can only review previously recorded information. For information on modifying a patient’s profile, see Opening Patient Profiles.

To review and modify patient information in Book View

  1. Open the Scheduler to Book View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Click the link for the patient’s name in the Patient column.

    The Profile window opens.

  3. Modify patient information as needed. You can also modify information in the Profile, Insurance, and Recall tabs.
  4. Click Close Window to close the Profile window.
