Viewing and Modifying Appointments from the Appointments Tab in AcuityLogic POS
This section explains how to view and modify appointments from the Appointments tab in a patient’s profile.
Topics include the following:

- Open a patient profile. See Opening Patient Profiles.
- Click the Appointments tab.
The Appointments tab opens and displays all the appointments scheduled for that patient.

- Open a patient’s Appointments tab.
- To change the Confirmation or Show status, click the appropriate icon in the Actions column. See Understanding Scheduler Icons in AcuityLogic POS.
- To modify appointment details, click the link for the appointment in the Appointment ID column.
The Schedule Appointment window opens.
- Modify the appointment as needed and click OK to save your changes.

- Open a patient’s Appointments tab.
- Click Schedule New Appointment.
The Scheduler opens and displays the default view that is selected in AcuityLogic Admin.
