Creating a Frame Style
To create a frame style
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Frames, and then select Style.
- Click Create New.
- Complete the following fields:

A description of the style.

Collection
The collection to which the frame belongs.
The drop-down list is linked from Product > Frames > Collection.

Model
The model number.
Tip: Use the same text that is in the Description field.

Style Code
The style code for the frame.
Tip: Use the same text that is in the Description field.

Category
The category to which the frame belongs.
The drop-down list is linked from Master Data Admin > Item Categories > Frame Category.

Type
The type of frame style.
The drop-down list is linked from Master Data Admin > Item Categories > Frame Type.

Wholesale Pr
The wholesale price.
X
Frame Rx Rule
The prescription rule for the frame if necessary.
The drop-down list is linked from Product > Frames > Rx Rules.
Edge Type
The edge type for the frame.

Gender Type
The gender type for the frame.
Age Group
The age group for the frame.
Frame Class
The frame class for the frame.
Financial Group
The financial group assigned to the item. See Maintaining Financial Groups.
Assigning a financial group to a frame style assigns the financial group to all frames under that style. For exceptions, update the financial group assigned to individual frames.
Frame Shape The shape for the frame. Comment
Type a comment about the frame. This comment appears on the invoice.
Temple Available
If selected, enables users to sell just the temple at 40% of the frame’s price.
Front Available
If selected, enables users to sell only the front part of the frame at 60% of the frame’s price.
Clip Available
If selected, signifies that a clip is available for the frame.
Medicaid
If selected, enables users to sell the frame in Medicaid orders, based on insurance plan setup.
- Click Save.
The style appears in the grid.
- To add an image of the style:
- Click the Image link for the style.
- In the Image window, click Select and select an image file.
- In the Caption field, type a short description of the image.
- Click Save.
