Exporting Eyeglass Lens Details

This topic explains how to export the details of the eyeglass lenses set up for an office to Excel. If necessary, you can also include the partner mapping information for a specific partner in the exported spreadsheet.

To export eyeglass lens details

1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Eyeglass Lens, and then select Eyeglass Lens.

   The Eye Glass Lens window opens.

2. From the Office drop-down list, select the office for which you want to export details.
3. To include partner mapping information, select the Export Partner Mapping check box, and select the partner from the Partner Mapping drop-down list.

   The list contains the same partners that appear in the Product Partner Mapping window.

4. Click Export.
   The exported Excel spreadsheet includes the partner code columns, but the partner codes are shown only if you selected the Export Partner Mapping check box and a partner.
