Security Roles in AcuityLogic

All security roles are set up in AcuityLogic Admin. This table describes the default roles in AcuityLogic:

Sales Associate	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Service Associate	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Store Manager	POS: Full access
Manager	POS: Full access BackOffice: Access to E-Time, Correspondence, and ADP Batch Report modules DC: Access to Inventory module
Doctor	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Optech	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Lab Manager	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Lab Tech	POS: Full access except for Management functions
District Manager	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Dispenser	POS: Full access except for Management functions (an employee must be assigned the Dispenser role to be credited with a lab order)
System Admin	POS: Full access Admin: Full access BackOffice: Full access Billing: Full access DC: Full Access X-Link: Full access
Business Manager	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Business User	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Inquiry User	POS: Full access except for Management functions
Billing Clerk	POS: Full access except for Management functions Admin: Access to Insurance module Billing: Full access except for Management functions (cannot perform batch adjustments)
Billing Manager	POS: Full access except for Management functions Admin: Access to Insurance module Billing: Full access
Payroll Manager	POS: Full access except for Management functions Admin: Access to Doctor Pay Schedule module BackOffice: Access to KPI, Payroll, and E-Time modules
Sales Audit	POS: Full access except for Management functions BackOffice: Access to Accounting module
