Setting Up Office Hours

To set up office hours

  1. Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
  2. Click the Hours link.

    The Office Hours window opens.

  3. In the From box for each day that the office is open, type the time the office opens, or click the Time Picker icon to open the Time Picker and select a time.
  4. In the To box for each day that the office is open, type the time the office closes, or click the Time Picker icon to open the Time Picker and select a time.
    If the office is closed on a day, leave the From and To fields blank for that day.
  5. Click Save to save your selections.
  6. Click Return to close the window.
    Clicking Return does not save your selections. You must click Save to save the office hours.
